Pete, that is some cool looking stuff. I've never tried TIG, but I know after years of welding thick metal with lots of amperage, I'd have a hard time with anything thinner than 1/4" without some training.

Looks like your wheelhouse is on the other end of the spectrum-big stuff with high strength design and weld. American ingenuity is alive and well.

Ok, how about custom made whiskey stills.
My buddy decided that a legitimate distillery was better than being a ferrier so off we went.
Now he did 98% percent of the work, I did the math for him on the cone flat patterns and chip formed the small cone on the swans neck for him.
Copper is fairly new to me, more used to aerospace alloys.
