I got the cover on finally. But the rope was toast. So I need to get new rope. I just tired it down with regular rope for right now.

Also had to go run some errands. So I thought it would be fun the drive through some of the snow in the parking lot.

trouble shot my headlights.. found i had a bad dimmer switch. yay the headlights work now; however, now the parking/marker lights wont come while the headlights run. they only come on in the parking lights position on the switch. even tried swapping it out with another switch. hmmm..

They are designed that way. They are not set up like a civy vehichle. It is a very easy mod to do to get them to work that way. I assume you have a m939? Abandon the original wire feeding the turn signal running light from the original harness. Y off the side marker light to the turn signal running light. It now comes on at the same time as the marker light. Enjoy the increased safety and visibility. :)

See the picture on my avatar as my lights are on.

@SpyderMan, looks good, even with "normal" rope! Yeah, driving over things with these trucks must be a blast.
I was hoping the snow would be frozen so I could park on top of it. No such luck. It looks ók with the regular rope. But I am looking for some super rope. A lot easier to use than regular rope.
