It's a pure electric a/c connected to the box batteries. It works also when engine is not running...
The box is a fridge box, buid on my sketches. I made only the inside, windows, photovoltaic etc...

What a afternoon a girl hit a guy down the road from me and decided to hide her truck in my woods.

Called the cops they came and did their thing and called a wrecker service on rotation.

Well the guy arrives in fairly large roll back and can't get into the woods to recover it.

I asked him if he had enough cable to reach it and pull it out and he said no.

I said well I do so I pulled my wrecker up to the trees she went in around and he pulled cable about 150 yards and I pulled it out we only had to redirect it once

He arrived at 830pm and was loaded and gone by 944pm that's pretty decent time.

one of the strongest forces inside a human is the force that fights against said person accepting they are/were "wrong" . The reality of being massively wrong esp. an evil result kind of "wrong" just puts them in a total panic that goes thru the same phases of dealing major trauma.... and that first step in that is "denial" ... "wasn't my fault" "they will blame me" "not going to let them blame me" (hides truck) sucks.....

more emotionally weak.. or better said the more exacerbated one is sensitive..... the easier that denial and other stages takes hold of them.

My prayers to EVERYONE involved especially the man hit. For her.... once out of denial and in acceptance of reality..... then throw the book at her.

Agreed. But then, you have to also factor that some folks too quickly jump to the "what's going to happen to me" part of the equation. As you said in so many words, own it, deal with it in whatever way is best, and move on.

The side of the road is one of the most dangerous places the vast majority of people can ever spend time.

Went to Hogwaller mud pit and got a little muddy. It did real well till I found the four foot deep stuff. Glad they have a big loader there to pull me out. Now a couple of hours getting it washed but had fun.

Pics coming soon - but several days ago helped my local Sheriff Office recover an old pickup truck from a former open mine/now lake. Pickup truck had been shot up significantly, and Sheriff was concerned it was part of a criminal case. I needed all 300+' of my SRW and extra straps to get down the near-vertical slope to the wreck. Deputies had to put chains around roof of truck to roll it up a small embankment at the start of the winch operation. Cab ripped off the chassis, but as both were strapped to my cable, all came up the slope at once.
Turns out, someone had pulled the engine from their truck, got pissed-off at it, shot it full of holes and pushed it off the cliff. Unfortunately, it didn't quite make it into the water - hence the recovery effort.

Better pic of me stuck in the muck. 3 hours of fun three days of cleaning. Got it nice and clean but also got the T shirt. "Been there had fun will not do that again".
Good thing they have a loader there.

IMHO these trucks do not play well in Mud.. but then again? what does? To play well; since it does not have high rpm to spit mud out of the tire grooves, you need very large void tires. More like the tires on the loader such as Continental MPT30...... or take a chainsaw to some out of date tires and cut away some lugs to your hearts content

Look at the left rear rear tire see the mud spinning off the tire and the lugs on that tire are clear. Yea lockers might have helped but I am not putting any more money into this truck. Maybe if there was more water but the muck was thick. Also see the left front rear has dug a hole and put a pile of muck in front of it. The axles are dragging to much weight does not help. Real problem was me getting my feet stuck getting out of the truck and them back in. Stuff was worse than quick sand. As you can see even the big toys with big cleats and tall Ag tires can get in trouble. Hogwaller has mud not just a little water pit and plenty of it.

Ok another day of cleaning. Removing the wheels / drums and cleaning out the muck from inside of the drum and what just using the hose did not wash out with everything still on. Did I already say that I got the T shirt! Yea not going in that muck again but it was fun for me and the kids to try it. One axle down two to go.

Up date both rear rears done and wheels / nuts painted. I am worn out and will finish doing the front axle tomorrow.

Another reason for 3.07's.
