What is it? H-65B

I bought this at an auction yesterday; previous owner had mounted a frame and OSB box to it which I removed. Once that was off I could see that it possibly had hoops over the top that were removed? Just curious what the purpose of this trailer was - note the springs, shock absorbers and sway bars. First thought is a bomb trailer, but that’s why I’m here. Tag says H-65B and a serial number. Also has this stenciling along the lower rails.

Some sort of aircraft support trailer maybe engine or fuel tank or Possibly weapon system?

Looks like a engine or propeller transport trailer.
By transport, I mean only on the airfield tarmac.
