Hey guys what is this Iam very new to this and dont know anything this is dripping fuel on top of the turbo and smoking and is it a fire hazzard and where do i get one to replace

That's the flame heater for cold weather starting. A very problematic component, so I am told.

Just disconnect the dam thing and be done with it. Not likely you'll ever need it in SC anyways. It was already done to my truck when I took delivery of it.

If you want, you can get a new replacement from White Owl. DO NOT use a replacement with a hexagonal body.
