What is this truck?

I was looking at this truck for sale and it has me quite confused. It looks like it has the front end of a m35a2 but the back looks like a m818. I looked for a while to find anything similar, to no avail.

I am going to go out on a limb and assume that the conversion has a negative impact on the value. Should that be a deal breaker?

I agree. I have been looking for a few minutes online but I can not seem to find anyone that is selling beds for it.

Curious as to the statement above that it is a REO M36, it is an A2 in the pic.
perhaps just refering to original design.

3 NOS M36 beds were sold on steelsoldiers a couple years ago. Wish I would have been able to buy one of them

The m36 was the L/B deuce, what was the m36 series????, if it was based on the deuce m36, that would be a lonnnnnnnnnnng tractor, and a awful heavy fueler

The dead giveaway is in the second pic. Notice the bed mounting tabs on the outsides of the frame rails right at the bottom of the pic.

He is in the Netherlands, most Europeans generically refer to Deuces as Reo's regardless of manufacturer.
