Just realized it’s tough to see the smaller right side hose. Kinda goes up and off to the right at an angle. So left solenoid fan, right air horn.

Larger hose left is fan. Smaller hose right is air horns. No loop around. I assume this is correct as all works on mine.

That also explains why the solenoid valve is leaking. Air is being forced through the valve backwards,.

Re-plumbed it per your photo, ran air line to horn, wired it up, horn works now, no more air leak. Thank you for the help!

Normally closed - Is a contact that flows current in its normal state. Energizing it and switching it on will open the contact, causing it to not allow current flow.

That’s true for an electrical contact, but for a solenoid valve, closed is closed(no flow) and open is open(full flow)…
