Watch for size and weight. A M5 Stuart is the largest tank you can put on a semi with out over size, and over weight permits. And because a Sherman is over size, you will also need front and rear escorts.
A Halftrack, or a M20 /M8 is the best choice. Weight and size wise, you can put both on a 53' flat bed, and be under weight and under size.
Here mine on a buddy's semi. He always hauled them for me......
