there has been a lot of talk about acrylic's/alkyd's and urethanes I need something that has a good corrosion resistance
is easy to apply for a beginner with basic equipment and wont cost a lot of $$$$$.
any help you guys can give would be great.

We would use acrylic enamel cintarie(not sure on spelling) on the big rigs. it was 1/2 the price of imron, more flexable so it didnt chip as ez. and it always shined,even if the boss was behind the gun.

That yellowish-brown color is field drab and Gillespie makes a good approximation of the color.
