When did military vehicles mag. come out with the CUCV issue?

Does anyone know the date that the military vehicle magazine issue on CUCV's came out. Military vehicles magazine needs to know the correct date the magazine was issued to order it. Thanks in advance.

I thought of that also but it starts at 2003, still a wise investment.
