Where to find two types of interior indicators

(1) Anyone know where I can find the 'gear' module - The one that shows R-N-D to show
what your transmission is set to? The mylar overlay is gone, and the lamps don't work.

(2) Also, looking for the aluminum plates on the dash. Ignition, Fan. ETC.

Like an on-line parts store, or similar.
Any help/direction would be appreciated.
