Where to get floor brackets for the new style parking brake?

Where is the best place to get the two brackets that attach the newer style parking brake hangle to the floor? I have an older style ratchet handle that is worn out. I also need the cable. Is there any good junk yards in my area to check or do any parts suppliers seem to stock off the wall stuff such as this. Any help is appreciated.
