Where to hook into air line to install air horn?

Air tanks have an extra port you can add a fitting into. You can mount it on the frame rail behind the air tanks. Or you can tap off a supply line off the tank. You would want to add a pressure protection valve before the air gets to the horn in case of a air loss issue the horn wont steal air when the brakes need it

I tapped mine into the fan supply line; it's already after the PPV and is right at the front of the truck.
I know this is a bit old but where is that line? Is it the fitting marked with an arrow in the attached picture?
