Anyone know what is best way to remove brass fitting white sealant on brake cans, without destroying the female fitting on the can? Thank you in advance!

Is that white sealant for threaded fittings or silicone gooped to watertite?

If just pipe sealant tape or putty, It should just unscrew with no force as it is not a thread lock product but just a thread sealer.

It's almost certainly PTFE sealant - it does harden with age. Heat will help but also proper fitting tools and especially line wrenches if you can get them in there on the fitting - they don't round off brass fittings like that as easily.
