If I owned a Duece then I'd have to search threads on this forum to defend more poor choice of vehicle, kind of like this thread.....

Why would I want a 80's diesel GM?

Deuce is a truck that works, and has very few civilian equivalents.

If you want a MV and can't get a real one, I guess a CUCV works.

And the Detroit in the back of the CUCV is a better design then the "Hot Air Locker" being discussed elsewher on the site.

I love how you guys bash the CUCV Starting issues/ Electrical Issues. Maybe the problem is operator error. All my 3 cucvs have been great. I would say 99% percent of the problem are the people working on them. :deadhorse:

The best part of owning a CUCV is that I don't have CUCV envy. So I don't have to come into the CUCV forum and post in their threads about how crappy the CUCV is, when the truth is that I really want one.

The best part of owning a cucv, is that you know where a WHEEL CHOCK is when you need to work your BIG truck

I have 3 CUCVs and 2 Deuces. They each have their places. My CUCV is my every day driver and does the job very well. For heavy hauling or ultimate cool factor the Deuce rules.
