You will be told to search all the time, but nobody tells you you must insert "and" between each word or the search engine just uses the first term and you get either no results or not what you're looking for. There are tons of information on this "archive" but you have to learn the search method.

I referred to this as an archive and not a forum because to many just say search when a simple yes or not would suffice.:roll:

Forgot to mention after you post a question, go to the very bottom of the page and there will be several similar posts listed. Sometimes you get lucky and find what you're looking for.

FL-9 I wasn't trying to sound snide, but there are alot things that have to be changed some known and some not so much.. but it has been done. Easiest way is to pull the motor out of the cucv and make the hmmwv motor look like it came out of cucv out of the residue

External acceories need to be swapped and the oil pans are different. If the HMMWV engine you are considering has a center mount turbo they you will have tons of sheetmetal fabrication to fit it in. Be a little more specific and we can too!
