Winch data tag info, please

As you can see in the image, the tags are unreadable and I have no pictures in any of the manuals. Any of you have pictures of them?
It's a 5-ton winch and my extra one is also tagged with "blanks".

If you can't get a picture, just write down what's said on each tag, please.....
(It's a standard 5-ton winch mounted upside down and with major parts made of aluminum, nothing special.)
