window glass removal

Guys,

How do I remove the window glass from the driver's door of my 925? I can't get the glass to come out no matter how hard I try….

Have you checked this TM? I've never done one but it looks pretty simple.

Don't forget 2 window stops that have to be removed on the bottom of the window [2 Phillips screws each]. I'm taking it you have the access panel off and the regulator disconnected. Its not hard at all. Tm's do help a lot and wheelspinner pointed you in right direction.
