Putting a good tarp over it, well secured all around to keep things from flapping, is a very good idea. As is keeping things at low speed.

We're all now waiting for the vicarious pleasure of seeing what's inside!

Since you plan on recovering it with a Deuce that makes things easy. As already posted a High Lift jack is your friend. If you Deuce still has 9X20 tires having a spare for the trailer is solved. I always carry a large tire bar for releasing the landing gear lock. It is easier than pulling it by hand. It also comes in handy for moving tires. I would bring some extra tape and secure the air lines before travel. It isn’t necessary for trailer brakes to get it home. And until the brakes have been checked out, I wouldn’t want to run the risk of them causing a problem getting it home.

The griddle and MBUs are pluses and often missing (especially the MBUs). The ovens are pretty standard and should be easy to source. Do you know if the wiring for the MBUs and the power invertor are there?

I have two ovens, converters and maybe a power cords for both sides, but not the 15 footer that goes underneath. I have lots of cambro food boxes with stainless inserts, an extra grease tray (but not the funnel down from the grill), cambro liquids dispensers and more than the issued number of cooking utensils (no knives though), 20 tan MWC's, even a few extra MBU's if you decide to rebuild it. Also have 2 of the vinyl small end covers (new in box) and maybe a complete skirt (but I would have to look). Let me know and I can schedule a trip up to see my friend and bring it all up. No extra screens, travel covers or long side covers. Looks like it will be a fun project. Did you have the 3 piece griddle screen??

Thanks, Mike. It will be a fun project. I spent about 3 hours pressure washing it yesterday when I got it home. What a difference it makes!!

The griddle has a bend in it. Is that normal? Or should I try to flatten it out?
Flip it over when you use it and it will flatten out. They were built so the could be flipped over (end to end) on a regular basis. BTW the rod sitting on the griddle in the first picture is to hang utensils, fits in the inside corner of the roof.

I can tell you from top to bottom what three of those are. The top one is the top rack for the M59 oven for baking, the second one is the shelf for hanging in the middle of the oven for the baking sheet and the fourth one the really heavy piece of aluminum is the heat dispersal tray that would sit right over the MBU when baking. I believe the other two pieces are used in the roasting tray to keep stainless food containers upright when warming them in the roasting pan, but not 100 percent on that

Top four in the first picture look like the Auxiliary Baking unit. Heaviest piece goes in the bottom of the M-59 on top of the channel that the pot holder runs on. One with the chains hangs in the middle with the hooks going in just below the top of the body of the range (you can see them easily with the top opened up). The light aluminum piece goes on top of the racks to serve as a place to warm full sheet trays (I use them to 'proof' biscuits so the puff up to full size, then stick them on the hanging shelf to actually cook). I can get 20 of the GV Jumbo Buttermilk biscuits on a tray (not the 'flaky' type, they won't rise even if thrown in the air). Third and fifth are used to hold smaller pans to heat up foods. #3 will hold a full GN sheet pan, while #5 will hold three 1/3 GN pans. Correct way to use CAMBRO food containers for hot stuff is to take out the inserts and pour a gallon of boiling water in the container, and put the lid back on. Then, when you have the GN pans ready with the food, dump out the first batch of hot water and replace with another gallon of boiling water, then immediately put in the pans with the food. Secure the lid and the food will stay above 140 degrees for between four and seven hours, depending on ambient temps. To keep things cool, use ice instead of boiling water and chill the inserts and food before placing them into the container. That should keep the temps below 41 for three to four hours, unless ambient is over 100 F.
