Alright! Congrats WM!! That looks like a real good deal. Now you just need to weld up a redneck gunring to go with it. 3 pieces of galvanized pipe, some corrugated roofing and an old camera tripod should do it. Seriously though, it does look nice. The seat covers are cherry.

Great score, all Army guys should get a duece when they get near retirement. I hope it is like mine that starts better than anything else in the fleet gets good milage and is a ball to drive. I hope you get it home safely and have a great time getting it there.

Looks great! Looking at the dash on the drivers side it looks like the "T" handle of the fuel shut off is broken off, it might be a good idea to bring a new engine stop cable with you, or if the handle is just broken off a vice grip may work untill you can get a replacement cable. Looks like a nice clean truck, good luck with it and please keep us posted.

Yea, the handle is missing. Looks like somebody 'borrowed' it sometime, as nothing is hanging down, and doesn't look stripped. Fuel, oil, water, rehook the batteries, and put the shafts back in and she should drive home!!Good luck with her, and LMK when to expect you in town!
