You can find a rubber supply place that can make bushings based on the Length, width, and OD you give them. They can even drill the holes. Better rubber than what the bushings were made out of. There are some cab bushings on ebay.

Parts wanted section is where this should go.

I make the sway bar bushings TNriverjet posted.

I haven't got around to making the other two yet. I have measurements from a cab mount, but not the upper sway bar bushings. Since you're here in Denver with me, we could meet up or something so that I could take necessary measurements for the uppers.

Just a warning about buying surplus rubber bushings, they will likely be outdated (hence why the government sold them).
