Can I run 395/85 R20's along side 9.00-20's. Or is the sizes to different, if so with one is bigger?

No and 395s are about 10inches bigger.

Another thing (other than a big size difference) is that you never run a bias ply tire next to a radial.

So I'm not trying to be Captain Obvious and flame you..........But you opened Pandoras box with your thread title.

Google search. It's been my friend for quite some time. I am sure Google search can be your friend too.

There is a search function on the top tool bar next to the new posts button. This also can be helpful in finding an answer to a fairly simple question such as the one you have. I got flamed several times when I first started using SS. I got barked at with use the search feature. And go through the TM's. I went through the TM's and did not find what I was looking for. Also I was unfamiliar with the site and did not see the search feature even though it was right in front of my face. Now you know where it is.

Without getting into the technicality of why you should not do what you asked. What exactaly are you trying to do?

Are you trying to replace all of your tires? Are you looking to put on radials dualled up? Are you wanting to single your deuce out with 395's? Some background information will help us help you.
