M931 -vs- M932 ... Which is better?

I'm looking at either a M931 or a M932... which would you recommend getting? What are the major differences besides the winch?

Yea I tend to get myself into "situations" where a winch might be useful! lol Still not crazy about the 250 motors in these things, anyone swap a 400 into one of these trucks?

Always get a winch equipped truck.. It's a great tool for the toolbox, and way more $$ and time of you want to add it later.

It has been done but it ain't cheap or easy.

Are they really that much better than the 250? I know the hp is around the same but the 8.3 does have a little more torque but I wonder if it's that noticeable (especially when you factor in the larger tires)?

I've never driven a A2.

The CTIS is easy to disable.

The M931A2 that I have came with the CTIS removed and is the best running truck that I have. It will co faster, on less fuel, then any of the others.

As far as I know this is correct ,
939a0 250 motor , dual rear wheels 11.00 x 20 no ctis
939a1 250 motor , single rear wheels 14.00 x 20 and a few 395's no ctis
939a2 8.3 motor , single rear wheels 14.00 x 20 has ctis seen a few that had it pulled off

Add the letter p for Uparmored ie, 939a2p

Seems the A2 bidding tends to run higher than the A1. I think I see why now.
