Absolutely to the driving. Same as most other MV's is my guess.
Driving is accomplished with both feet flat on the floor!

But seriously, if the lights are on but dim that indicates a resistance somewhere along the line. Corrosion at a splice point or a connector would be what I would look for.

I found the issue. Two 1435 wires were disconnected. After looking through the TM those were ground wires. Hooked them to a good ground, and surprise surprise, everything works correctly. Bad grounds and no grounds do funny things!
