Have a 66 deuce start and runs great but noticed a majority of the time when driving.
It has no power, exhaust smoke under wot is light haze.
Top speed around 32 mph and rpms wont climb past 1800-1900 even down hill and if I'm going up hill have to down shift and still loss mph, and slightly...
True, heres a quick walk around, got alittle more painting done at my house but with wind around 50 mph painting was limited to mainly the wheels and gave my oldest son a ride in it to my shop 1.5 miles he couldnt stop Smiling,

Well today I removed all the none stock wiring out of the truck and connected all the lights since every single one was unplugged [emoji848] doesnt appear to fix anything, filled the brakes and took it for a ride around the block, still getting used to the mile long throw for the gears, replaced...
Well today I was able to complete painting the cab of the deuce, I used krylon italian olive green for the color and looks pretty good for a lighter color

After about a week new ip head is installed and
Seals, it starts and runs granted it did take a shot of either to start, even after warm still just cranks for a while before it hits and takes off https://youtu.be/h72pIFuOa7I
Got it reassembled, arm in to correct position and now back to square one with no fuel flow out the ip, so either the IP head gave out or the fuel block is somehow still not right

Very valuable thread, missed it and had a run away from not setting it back correctly but was able to get it shut down thankfully and correct it

After doing some research think the issue is from not having the fuel block positioned correctly, when reassembling I assumed that the block only use was to shut fuel off not control the flow, so when I reinstalled the block I positioned the arm at 6 o'clock with the fuel block at the bottem so...
Was able to free it by hand and now moves freely and sits right at 6 a clock position, thottle moves it to the fully to the left and choke moves it fully to the right
