What years 6.5 turbos can be used ? I have a 85 M1028 that I would like to put a turbo in . Did the 6.2 diesel ever have a turbo from factory. I dont know much about the diesel motors history. Looking to replace the motor with a 6.2 or 6.5 turbo

Here are the part # I think it was on page 40 Air vent valve p/n 38-5350 $29.95 ea. Air vent seals p/n 30-2340 $6.95 ea.

Just looked @ LMC they have the seals for $7.00 each. Should I replace the Air Vent Valve also. I will use some sealant on the screws.

thanks , i bought my paint from sherwin williams in cincinnati ohio. Paint was less than 60.00 a gallon . Shipping was 20.00 for 4 gallon.

The template picture i got off the internet. As far as making the template hand sketched them . First made the copies larger ,and then used some math to lay out the template . There are dimention on the picture and use a ratio layed out point and free handed the rest .

Well thanks , it took alot of hard work and many hours to complete . I like the camo look also. That also takes alot of time to paint .

No , I used the standard CARC . Next trucks i will us the waterborne paint from Sherwin Williams. I think it goes on smooth . Do you know anything about the paint.

just took off switch and ran a jumper wire to both side lights came on ,so is this switch bad .
