    Thank you for the detail warthog! Turns out the circuit going to the bulb for gen2 was burned out, so i bridged it with some wire and electrical tape, the light is now functioning fine. As for the Gen1 and Gen2 relays, I'm reading a little less than 12 volts from both of them. while I'm at it...
