    Whats everybody using in their blasters?

    da sgt, Thanks, I will pursue and see what I can dig up. Have you used this process?.. I have used Star Sand #70 on wheel rims & Brake drums (out side)with good results. I think what I'm using is to coarse for fenders & sheet metal. Do you have any suggestions.

    HVLP stands for high pressure low volume, not a good gun to use on enamel, if you use Gillesp' WWII semi-gloss it is enamel, use a gun like Binks keep pressure to aboout 40-60 psi
