    This is a well written and detailed response. I agree that it sounds like your air pack could use some attention. I rebuilt mine for the opposite reason, mine would build up to 60 psi and then dump through the vent line. If the inside of yours is free of scoring and rust issues (can be rebuilt)...

    I have a valved air outlet under the dash of my M35A2. The metal pipe looks like its been there a while, while the valve and coupler both look brand new.     I have a spare set of 9x20 NDT tires on deuce rims but I'm not sure how I could weigh one. I doubt my poor bathroom scale could handle it. REAL HEAVY is a good assessment, but I was able to swap all 10 of mine without a Soldier B. The above link gives a rough estimate of between 125 and 200...
