Unplug the ABS ECU box, if the fuse no longer blows the ECU is likely shorted inside.

Those fuses are for the ABS. I would fine out why it blows and fix it.

There is NO rhyme or reason in the EUC program. Example; EUC required for an M939 series transmission in crate, but not for the complete truck. Also, EUC on an M1031 contact truck wich is essentially a K30 Chevy. Why ask why, our's is to do or die......

In April I bid on and won an MEP804A, and my friend also bid on one and we got both. They were refurbs at Hill AFB with 23 and 26 hours and started and had no problems. we got them for $2300 and $2400 after fees and taxes. The next unit like those to come up was an MEP804B with about 27 hours...

Took me about 6 hrs but only had to cut 3 bolts out. Swamp Donkey is right though, the more you have to cut will increase the time a lot.
