Adding ANYTHING to paper work or otherwise in Utah is considered "Altering", maybe it is different elsewhere but it is still altering on the S/N-VIN.

The M939 trucks don't have OEM driers. They were installed as part of the MWO for ABS upgrade.

You can go to most tire stores and get a pair of white spoke truck/jeep wheels for that for a decent price some where around $30 each then just pic a tire you like. I bet 30/9.50r15s would fit that trailer great a look good too. Just paint the wheels your color of choice, I would do black.

Frame stamping of the S/N is usually a result of an O/H at some point. My m923 does not have it but I have seen many others with it. Hit and miss but pretty sure is has to do with an O/H.
