    H1 viscous clutch fan retrofit

    Civilian H1 from 92-94 had V belts and Fan [ 5939560 ]..clutch [ 5939545 ] both discontinued. Civilian late 94 started using surp belt system with Fan [6003064 ], and clutch [ 6003082 ]. V belt turns opposite of surp system.

    All the GM and GEP 6.5's have the drain.....they get clogged easy, as the tube is factory crushed inside next to flywheel.

    Installed a 200 amp alternator and having charging issues now.

    Niehoff engineer told me..Regulators with a date below 2012 get grounded at 14v tap. 2012 and up don't get grounded. The earlier ones I have, have a round yellow insulator at stud....the 2012 and Up have a square yellow insulator at stud, and also 4 screws around it.

    M1123 vs. M1045A2

    Thats an early Mak door....fits trucks with standard M10XX style roof, but Heavy and you would need alot of other parts and drill lots of holes to mount them. Unless your wanting to armor the truck...I would not take them.

    Most Hmmwv's have the P/S coolers installed, and the Late A2 trucks have a separate reservoir .
