    Where to learn about radios/HAMs

I checked out the sites you guys mentioned, pretty good information out there. I am gonna look for some local clubs and start there along with the study guides. It seems like there is a lot to learn.

    Dana 60 Swap into M1009

Correct. The locker in the link he posted though replaces the whole carrier.

    Dana 60 Swap into M1009

You shouldn't need an additional carrier. IIRC. The ring gear bolts directly to the locker thus replacing the whole carrier assembly. The locker you linked to replaces all the internals. I highly recommend that if you have never messed with gears before let someone who has install it.

Got a little carried away with some DOT reflective tape and my M923A2

When I managed the bike shop we carried a brand of reflective tape called Lightweights reflective tape. It's black and reflects bright white. It's on the skinny side at 3/8 in. but I'm sure the material is sourced elsewhere and you could find it in 1 or 2 inch widths...

What did they do to this beauty?

I'm saying the springs are flat out gone, taken out or robbed for something else. Who knows, maybe a bad air drop like said before.

Cool video, the props look awesome. Flights like this are a common occurrence up by Alaska, they say activity has increased as of recently.

    Where to learn about radios/HAMs

So the whole amateur radio/HAM thing has always intrigued me, I don't know anybody personally who is into it, is there a good source I can read up and learn some very basics like terminology, types of radios, uses, etc?

How to keep a clean southern CUCV rust-free in the Northeast?

Thats the best way to do it! A few guys around here have used a mixture of motor oil and kerosene sprayed through a garden sprayer. I have not done it, I don't know if it works. YMMV I have used Fluid Film before at work on some trailers, it seems to work pretty good and does need reapplying...

    Non-catalyzed Paint Durability

Does anybody have experience with GCI (Rapco) 383 Green CARC substitute with a hardener? I've used it in rattle cans and I imagine it would spray similar cut 4-1 with Xylene like Rapco says. I have a friend who is a body guy and is going to paint my truck for me and he keeps saying it needs a...
