Just picked up a new (to me at least) fuse box harness for the M1009. Also got the fuse kit from cucvelectric.com. I have a busy weekend ahead. Maybe an all night wrenching party?:beer:

I'm changing it back because it's just the way it's supposed to be. They work better when 24V because they were designed to be that way. I have a friend with a M1008 that is 24V and the ability to jump start each others trucks would be nice too. So it sounds like as long as my glow plug system...

I don't necessarily want to reinstall the resistor bank. I was just wondering if it was necessary to have it. So the glow plug system should stay 12V after I return the truck to 24V? I'm sorry I'm so confused this whole thing is kind of new to me.

I have a M1009 that was converted to 12V by the previous owner. I'm working on acquiring parts to change it back to 24V. My glow plugs are on a push button and the resistors are missing from the fire wall. When i switch back to 24V do i need to need to acquire a resistor bank if i plan on...

Replaced the hard top seals with ones from LMC. We'll see if I did a good job or not if it ever decides to rain. Treated some rust spots in the bed with POR15.

I'm having a very hard time finding a part number for a front pinion seal for a 1985 M1009. I have tried the TM and couldn't find a number for the part. Could someone please help me? My local part stores have been of no help and im getting pretty aggravated calling everywhere. Thanks.
