It looks like you have an M101A1. No surge brake is a big clue along with the weight on the data plate. I'd like to see a pic of the wheel showing the lug pattern.
Maybe, who knows what crazy stuff an engineer would come up with. Pumping Nitrogen into it after filling with something liquid would help on unloading it as well as the aformentioned dual bladders.
Hey, it's interesting and that is what counts as I'm sure no one would try to use it anymore...
ChatGPT says:
An M6 rolling gas trailer refers to a type of military equipment used to transport compressed gases, typically for various operational needs such as fueling vehicles, aircraft, or other machinery. The "M6" designation suggests that it is part of the United States military's...

That I downloaded from the manual section on this site.
The zipper boot on a Deuce is not the same thing as the rubber sealing the rod end on the drag link assembly. It may feel like it should be replaceable and maybe it is but I wouldn't count on...
Having a backhoe and seeing what happens when stuff is in the air and a line blows I would think there would be at least two maintenance support devices, one for each side, each capable of supporting the camper by itself. No way I'm getting under anything like that without something.
If you have an Interstate battery close by go there and pick up 2 of their special batteries they get from dealers that didn't sell them in time. Or you can get a couple of blemish batteries. You do not need 6TL Armalite as that is incredible overkill.
Make sure the starter is the correct...

Hydraulics breaking I understand, my backhoe broke a swing hose and blew out fluid all over the fence line is was pulling. Luckily it below and facing away from me.
A cable sounds like a better solution than a chain.
I like the idea of using the truck on the farm. I might have gone with a trailer feeding operation but with the HMMWV you can go places you won't be pulling a trailer.
We own a small farm. Anyone with more than 1 acre needs a backhoe and a truck. It was the first thing (hoe). I got it a...
I have a newer trailer with a gate/ramp. To help raise and lower the gate/ramp they put a spring on one side. Works well and I check it often but it was pointed out that it could break and cause injury. I agree but I need a way to make safer.
I could put a chain through it or a cable to try...
Did you guys forget one of our very own was in the TV series Containment?
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4421578/
He had an uncredited part as the driver of the HMMWV and it is actually moving in the scene.
When I performed the function of rally commander I interviewed for the job with Clint at the National MVPA show in Louisville a few years. I gave him my thoughts on how to run it during the rally and he just did the leg work up to it.
I got to Durhamtown a couple days before the "official"...
