Go to U-Haul, etc. . . and try to rent a trailer with that, or any, bumper mounted setup and see how far you get. . .

Just a friendly FYI, the pintle on the 1009 isn't rated for that much weight. . . unless you added an aftermarket hitch setup.

The LDT multifuel replaced the gas engine in the these trucks and is rated at 130-140 hp, unless you get a LDS multi that was meant for a 5 ton, sometimes these engines are installed in a M35 by the Military and private owners. The LDS has more hp than the LDT, 170, I think. . . if I'm wrong...
If you hit hard enough, you may have shifted the front axle backwards a bit. . . Is the steering wheel in the same position when going straight as it was before the "incident" ?
Well, the last one that sold from GL in New Mexico (Kirtland AFB) had a hole in the radiator, and sold for 3k. . . :|
I've got a couple trucks for sale, but not for under 3k. Watch Ft Carson, Co. for GL trucks, but Ranchers Supply Co. seems to be buying up every M35 out this way lately. . ...
