Update. I finally got it running, still in need of a cam ring because there was rust pitting on mine but after robbing the weight cage, rollers, plungers, and a bunch of other stuff out of a 6.2 pump it runs. Quite well to I must say. The injectors where all junk as well but I had a few spares...

Thanks. I have a Kubota that is rated at 20.5 hp. The only trouble I am having with it is believing it actually makes 20hp. Tag says its a D722e .719L 15.3kw. Only everything I come up with is that it should be a 3cyl, not a 2cyl. I want to make sure it will have enough power before going...

Just as the title says, how much horsepower dose the 12kw head require to run at full load? I am looking to use an auxiliary engine to power the unit but don't want to over power and waste fuel or under power for obvious reasons. Thanks guys.

Personally I think a dt 530 or 570 would suffice quite well in a deuce or 5 ton.

You could also use a Lakewood bell if you wanted a mechanical linkage. I don't know what the aa bell costs though.

Dosnt the cucv have adapters on the oe cables that convert ring terminals to post? (all mind do). Take them off......

Should be a dam near drop in. The 4bt adapter and mounts where designed to be an almost direct replacement for gm gas and diesels in the p30 chassis trucks.

Im going to do a 4bt / 700r4 in a 1009 if I can ever find a clean tub. It should be a **** near bolt in if you get one from a chip truck.

I Belive you will have to change the seal but the flange will fit

Your 208 fronts will work. Different seal if I remember correctly.
