I'd keep the bumper. Just don't scare too many people with it though:-P. Look at adding some sort of upper protection to the bumper, and loose the wagon wheels.

I like super soaker too. For some reason, "The Claw" sticks out, maybe because of the bear. How far are you from High Point/GSO?? I just may have to come check that out one day.

Look into Optima Red top batteries too. The ones I have in my Ford diesel are 1000 CA and something like 880CCA if I recall correctly.
