Nothing lately. Its in storage, but I have new seat covers and a winter top w/side curtains coming this week, so I imagine I'll be busy with that later this week!
Ok I will give that a try. I've cleaned them once, but that was just taking a small screw driver across them and not wiping them off. This time I'll wipe them off lol
Sorry, I'm still new to to radios. I do know what you're talking about. When you switch the setting on the meter the needle it up on some and others its not unless you key the mic and then it comes up. Is that normal?
Ok I have recently purchased an MT-299 mount for my RT-68/PP-112. The guy I bought my MT-299 mount from said it worked. I got it mounted in the jeep, started checking grounds from the mount to the jeep. It checks out good and the ground also checks out good on the antenna mount. The antenna wire...
The Indiana MVPA is going to have their rally there next year. Trust me guys this is a great venue. Water & electrical hook ups, there's even two shower houses on the grounds and there is a ton of space out there. I cannot wait for next years rally...oh wait I've said that already in this thread lol
