Right. I have the 12 ton, but what I am looking for is a cap for the top of the piston that looks like a piece of angle iron and prevents slipping off the frame or axle. If you look in the military manuals, it specifically recommends an adapter.

Just curious what people use to lift their 5 ton truck. Also, if anyone knows where I can get an adapter that prevents sliding at the end of the piston. Thanks!
