    Will these tires fix a M1008?

    I have a nice set of 900x16" load rated D 8 ply tires that came on a M101A1. will these tires fix on the CUCV 16" rims and work ok on a M1008 PU? They look almost new.

    Broken starter both problem

    Any suggestions on how to remove a broken starter bolt, now that my bit broke off in the bolt while trying to drill it out. Is there a special harded bit I can use that will cut out the brobken bolt and bit? Easy job turned ugly.:(

    M101A2 body material?

    Do the newer style M101A2 trailers have a galvanized body? I just pu a couple from GL, they were painted but its pealing off and the metal does not look like steel. maybe galvanized?

    Starter bolts missing cucv

    I see they did both break off in the block, got one out with a ice pick and hammer, the other one if really stuck. I tried drilling, but will have to drop the drive shaft in order to get the drill in straight. Not a easy job if its your first time wo all the tools:oops:

    Fort meade is a nice Base, stop at the main gate, show ID , registration, and GL papers, then go to far side of base to the GL lot, people are real nice and helpful there. Good luck
