Richloam is off SR 50 south of Webster. I have not been out there in a deuce but it is a great place for a Pinz. I would love to go but have other commitments for the weekend. It is well worth the trip!
Branan - Did you get your shovel back for the Pinz?

I just picked mine up in Little Rock. Needed a brake booster to get it to stop. After that, drove it all the way to Orlando non stop. It turned out OK but I was worried the entire way home.
I agree that it is a crap shoot at best but what the heck, you only live once! Have someone follow...
Welcome to the site. There is a group of us that go out about every other month in the central FL area. DC3Coyote is one of the Pinz guys that are part of that group. There usally is about 6-10 Pinzgauers and a few Mogs that go. Shoot me a PM if you want to be notified next time we go out...
The T-Bar that we used in the old Mack sat really low. Might want to check that measurement before you buy one or have a plan to raise it up with some sort of riser. I have a spring seat in my deuce now and I don't think that the T-Bar was any more comfortable. Why not go air ride, more...
I just did a 1000 miles in the deuce from Little Rock to Orlando. Took 23 hours straight to make it home. I am not wanting to do it again any time soon but it really was not that bad. Take your time and enjoy the ride. You will see a lot more at 50mph than you do at 70mph +. Stop often and...
Buyers Products makes a draw bar lock. It goes through the eye and locks with a common master lock. I have bought them at the local truck parts house here in Orlando. I believe that the part number was BDL253 but you may want to check that before you order one.

Thanks! Oh well back to looking for one. Anyone have a good M35 cargo cover for sale? The tarp that was on mine has come apart bad on the 1000 mile trip home from Little Rock.
I have found a guy with a almost new tarp for sale but he is not sure that it will fit a deuce. The numbers on it are 19207-12420281-016......with ........mfr-54799. Can anyone tell me if this will fit before I drive all the way to go look at it?

The one that I got did not have a winch. It had somekind od shelter built in the bed with a normal canvas roof. Looks like they raised the rear canvas about 24 inches up and used plywood to fill in the gaps. The troop seats are still there and I think that I could bring it back to original if...
Well it is official, I finally stepped up to the plate and bought a duce. I have to pick it up in Little Rock AR on April 6. I have had someone go out and look at it the truck and starts, runs, and moves. The brakes are soft so I will have to bleed them before I can drive it. Recovery4X4 has...
Mike- Call me when you want to mow. I will come out and drive the tractor for a while. I will be bringing the Pinz and the boy again this year. I plan to bring the M101 that I got from citzensoldier along for the ride also. Thanks again for putting this together!
trscott- Just buy one, you will not be unhappy. I have had mine for over 2 years and it has been the best used vehicle I have ever bought. It is so much fun that my neighbor has bought himself one. I have never found anyone who did not enjoy a Pinz. Check out the real4x4forums.com web site...
If anyone who is going to the Florida rally has a GP Medium that they want to sell and they could bring, I am looking. I would rather buy it here than from an unknown source. Send me a PM and describe what you have. Cash at the rally.

Smitty - That is correct. You do not need a SF-97 to get plates in Fl for a M101. I have one and it came with a SF-97 and the tag office gave it back to me and said that they did not need it. When you go to sell it you will use a bill of sale and it will be fine.

I have bought a Saic V2 LC computer and it did not come with the power cables. I do have the power supply but not the 2 cables. I believe that this computer has been used in the HumVee's and thought that someone here may have a set of the cables that they can part with. Also looking for the...
RE: trailer
I have been told that the tires were good (no cracking) but I was worried about that also. It will be at least 3.5 hours towing it home. I will be towing it with a 3/4ton diesel Dodge. I used the same truck to tow my M101A2 and I did not even know that it was back there. I know...
