On a scale 1 - 10, 1 easy & 10 hard, how hard was it to change the core?

Has anyone ever painted Lizard Skin Sound Control inside & outside of their CUCV (or any other vehicle) and then paint the 383 CARC Green on top of it? Did it help with the noise?

Did this help dampen the noise of the engine & road noise? I'm thinking of spraying the entire inside of my M1009.

Who has replaced the top seal for top shell to the cab of your M1009? How hard was it? Does it glue on & so forth? Thanks.

Anyone with an M1009 ever try to quite down the inside? I'm thinking trying either Lizard Skin or Paint On Bed Liner. Which of these would be quieter? What have you done to your's? Thanks for any help.

I've had the glow plugs all tested & were good. How do you check the glow plug card?

My heater blower works great on all 3 setting.

I've got the same issue with my 85 M1009. The Gen 1 light stays on with a low glow when running. I don't even notice it in the day time. I've had both batteries load tested & are good, and all belts are tight but NOT new. Could this low glow just be a gremlin & nothing to worry about?
