I would do the airpack too while its out Lt Dan

I have searched for hours on the grease in airpack some have it some dont will red hightemp lithium grease be ok I search the ingredients and from what I found wouldn't harm the rubber. please will someone help answer this.

I have it book marked I wanted to also note I had no pitting or rust in air side that had the grease in it and my airpack is being rebuilt as a precaution it was not faulty.

Ok fellas going to start my airpack and master cylinder rebuild today.I will make a video I also need to know if red hightemp grease is ok on air side of the pack the military had same grease as my bearings in air cylinder .

I wanted to give everyone an update on my truck I pulled my airpack and master cylinder for rebuilding and still on the hunt for a bed I ll post pics if yall want a video on the rebuild I ll make one.

I really want to go this year with my family my truck I dont think will be ready still no bed:(

Thanks Recovry I spoke with the fellow I bought it from he said when he started it, it didnt whistle so was curious as to why and any thing I should do as far as maintenance or check before I put this engine in? I couldn't pass it up for 600$ and never installed since rebuild.

I read on hear they use an adapter to fit the ldt turbo thats why I was curious to see.

So your wanting it as fuel then? Ok now I see I thought you wanted to reuse it for lubricating oil. You could try heating and cooling the oil multiple times or thinning and heating and cooling it to get the impurities out wouldn't use gasoline or anything highly flammable or try to find...

I would like to ask this,dissolved particulates would have what affect on lube oils? I could see it being an issue if it made the oil acidic or broke down the lubricating properties but causing more wear I do not see happening if the particulates are heavier than the oil even in a liquid state...

If your wanting cleaner lube oil use a centrifuge it will remove the soot and metal particulates in your engine and allow you to run longer between oil changes. I wouldn't put it back in block after that though. I would put a centrifuge on and just do an oil analysis however change your oil...

Well things have been hectic since I was in the hospital and have been really indecisive on a bed. I REALLY wanted one of those m390c missle trailers but still looking.I will update once I get everything rolling.

In a couple weeks I ll be receiving a mount for the centrifuge and another drain hose I ll post a video then.

I will be powder coating the centrifuge OD green and dressing everything when I install my LDS I used 1" fittings,but would like to change the centrifuge side to 3/4" because the 3/4" floor plate bolt pattern is identical and only need to make the holes alittle bigger. I could not find any 1"...
