I have (3) 802s here right now that all have fuel rack related concerns (either not moving correctly, missing parts, etc). I'm right there with you on the annoying factor.
Yeah Ive used Fleet many times... thanks for the heads up on that one. I dumped $1500 this past fall at my local Napa on fluids, filters, batteries, etc stocking up so I won't need to for a stretch... but I will absolutely keep that in mind.
I am not sure how Daybreak came into his, but I know he shared a video a while back of (3) units at his property. I was wondering where the pricing would land on that one.
You can find the spring here: https://www.alliedelec.com/product/te-connectivity/4-1393159-8/70198576/
Also available through Mouser, Newark, etc. Nice work on the rebuild.
If you are pulling out of PA, you need to watch for the local cops. They make a fair amount of revenue from folks pulling unregistered trailers out of the depots..
There may be a soft start kit available for your AC unit too, to allow for something smaller to run... but its all dependant on its actual size and use.
In the future if you are replacing the T-stat, you can just backfill the system through the water pump into the water jacket and it will bring the fluid in the system up to that level. You can then top it off at the radiator fill when its all put back together.
Has anyone come across a gov printed copy of the -24 for either the 802 or 803? I have the 10 and the 24P (and a manual printed -24) but I'd love to find an issued copy of the -24. Thanks
