    my experience with wet stacking

We occassionally have locomotives that sit and idle for several days. When they finally get loaded it blocks out the sun for several acres. The 2-strokes seem to be the worst though, but 2- and 4- stroke both will have a decent stack fire. Had a 12 cyl GE (7 liters per cyl) burn down the...

Difference between 105 and 105a3 trailers?

If by some chance you end up with an A3, I would probably be willing to take the wheels 9 (at least 2 if not all 3) and the hub extensions off your hands for a reasonable amount

    Hiab knuckle boom crane

Your trailer still has to be heavy enough to counter the moment of torque of the lift. example, 1000lbs at 10 feel, will need will need 5000 pounds at 2 feet on the other side. Outriggers are handy for extending the counter force, but when you slew your boom, the effect diminishes. The...

    Electric Brake Controller

All of the ones I"ve seen are proportional. They have a little pendulum in them so if you're stopping faster, it will know to apply trailer brakes harder

    Best CARC

CARC is CARC. Sherwin-Williams makes the stuff as well as others. It is a urethane based paint and not all green paint is CARC. That being said, S-W makes about 8 different versions, in all the popular military colors. Some is even waterborne. To do it right though, you are going to...

She really is a great looking truck, and I hope she takes care of you. The green, while being an odd shade, looks pretty good. I dont think its CARC though. Looks like an enamel. Great Catch, Brother!

37* flare is a must on stainless. It more than likely will split when you try to double flare it. And please, be sure you get all the matching 37* hardware. 45* and 37* dont play well together!
