    Mep-802a glow plug source?

They are 12V units. I bought some from Gary @ DES... 12V is confirmed as what was installed in the units, 24V fired as wired.

If any machine can, its a diesel like this. With that said, you may want to consider a soft start accessory for the higher drawing items like the ACs, because you are definitely in the range with the running amperage. Not all things will be on simultaneously, and probably knowing you are on...

It looks to be in good shape, but I stilll don't think this is the best solution for you.

    802 Fuel Tank Repair

Yeah you are going to have to pull the whole rear support (including radiator), to get the tank out. Its got a drop which it sets in... not coming out easy. If you do this, my suggestion is to take the radiator and all 'rear' sheet metal off in one piece! Do not individually take these apart, or...

If you cant check the real time use, can you get the info off the data plates of the various pieces of equipment? We can deduce amps from volts and watts, for conversation purposes. Much of the info you need someone should be able to find on the units.

It says it will. Here is the actual manufacturer of what you linked to (if you want to ask any pointed questions): https://inovahightech.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=51

MEP-803 - Load testing not successful

Anything Lister related, reach out to Gary Jones @ Diesel Electric Services. If its Lister, he can help you. https://diesel-electric.us

The details on this connection are important, if you are looking to reuse it. For safety reasons, even though an 803 is rated at 52A @ 100%, based on some of the big loads you are running you might want to consider hard wiring it into your panel, or moving up to a 60A interconnect. Hardware is...

Generator pricing is all over the board, but by and large... going up every year due to supply constraints (and decrease in quality).

That is a 3 phase machine. I think it might be able to be rewired to single phase only, but based on all you have said, I don't think that machine would be the best fit for your needs. There is much greater adoption of the 803 platform, especially in terms of the aftermarket stuff you are...

I think you need to be looking at the MEP-803A. What kind of interconnect do you currently have, a twist lock style? Do you know the amperage rating? Would you hard wire your new solution?

MEP-803 - Load testing not successful

Those engines don't love being bogged, and rock around a LOT during this process. It wouldn't take a small leak or defective radiator cap (or even a slightly loose drain valve) to get coolant spilled. Tighten up any connection you see before running again (hoses, drains, block petcock, radiator...

MEP-803 - Load testing not successful

So if you have signs of wet stacking, I suggest dumping an entire can of Seafoam into whatever fuel you have in the set, and let it run at whatever the highest stable load figure is (it appears to be 80% based on the videos above, but you really should compensate the hertz adjustment back up to...

Assistance Needed: MEP-803a will run for 15 mins and quit

I would disconnect the fuel pump and run a line back to the tank (through the main fuel fill inlet) and let it cycle for the same time duration... lets see if the pump is failing by itself during the run. If that runs and displays no issues, move forward through the fuel line system checking...

Assistance Needed: MEP-803a will run for 15 mins and quit

Is it doing this unloaded, or under load? Are you SURE the pump is known and good? Does the set abruptly shut down, or does it sputter like fuel is running out? Does the exhaust have a color to it, or otherwise change during this condition?

Assistance Needed: MEP-803a will run for 15 mins and quit

Have you inspected the tank or drained it? Could be floating trash that blocks your fuel feed, and settles back out after a time. Have you inspected the fuel lines for deterioration? They could be collapsing (but Im betting on something in the tank)

    MEP-002a spin on fuel filters

I did one separator, and one filter on an 002 I am sitting on now.

    802-803 fuel pump

Are you replacing the cube style or the newer cylinder style?
