    Coolant Thermostats....USA made anymore?

The Murray "heavy duty" thermostat I got at O'Reilly for my '04 Crown Vic P71 weighed about half that of the factory Motorcraft unit. It felt like a cheap POS in comparison.

    Ford CUCV

My '93 RamCharger had a Dana 44 front and 60 rear. I'm convinced the Dana 44 front axle saved my life when I was a dumb teenager, and I love Dana axles because of it. Well, because they're incredinbly well built, strong axles I like them so much. I'm looking for a front Dana 44 for my CUCV. I...

    2012 vin info thread

Hi CARNAC, I would appreciate any help. Trying to figure out if the mileage is original or the odometer rolled over. It's a 1984 M1009 CUCV, odometer indicates 15,354 miles. VIN - 1G8ED18J0FF114240 Registration - NT089F (I think) NSN - 2320000771617 Bought from - Gov Liquidation, from Camp...

    Different odometers?

Yeah, I was counting the tenths as a digit. I'm guessing replacements, as well?

    Different odometers?

Why do some CUCVs have 6 digit odometers, and others have 7? I'm guessing the 7 digit odometers are replacements since I've seen both in all years of production M1009s?

    Anyone near Camp Shelby, MS?

Is anyone close to Camp Shelby and could pick up a non-running M1009 until I could figure out how to come pick it up? It would be no more than a couple-few weeks. I would compensate for your generosity, of course. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Would you buy it?

Thanks man, I'm really excited. I have to pass one last PT test on Friday morning that I could do in my sleep, I'm just nervous because I get stage fright when it comes to make it or break it PT tests for some reason. But next week I'll be walking in the city I've dreamed of living in for three...
