The Robertshaw and the gates have been said to be better units. Robertshaw made some early ac Delco units, they were just rebranded. Sourcing an original ac Delco may be difficult. I have a 180 in my k10 and it has trouble reaching temp on flat ground. If in not mistaken, these engines like a 190.

Any of the mech pump numbers on rockauto will work I eliminated the mech lift pump on my k10 and just use a frame mounted carter electric fuel pump on a toggle switch in the cab. Made a block off plate and removed rod behind it that drives the pump (important if you do away with pump) The...
