Favorite tires for a cucv?
Falken wildpeak is good to go. Have them on another truck in 235 15s. I have general grabbers on the k10, 31s they are quiet and ride well. Saw the kenda klever 32 or 33s for a good price on ebay. -

Number stenciled on air cleaner
Howdy all, hope everyone is enjoying summertime and is ready for Independence Day. My recently acquired m1009 has 1-08 stenciled on air cleaner and rear inner fender wells. I have not seen the number anywhere else, but havent done too much more looking or work to it aside from pressure washing... -

Hello. I just got an 85 m1009 It's rough body wise but no blowby or bubbles in coolant. Flywheel is cracked or it has wrong starter due to a bad 12v conversion I'm guessing but it will start with some effort. Got it for cheap, going to get it up to speed mechanically and electrically then make...- sbgarage
